You are responsible for the cost of the hotel room plus any incidentals incurred during your stay. You will need to provide a credit card upon check-in for payment. Please bring a copy of your hotel confirmation to expedite the check-in process.
Room rates are all $329 (single / double occupancy). Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes.
This rate will be assured until the end of the business day on February 5, 2024 if the block has not been filled already. After this date, reservations can be made on a space-available basis.

Where and when does the 2024 Mack Executive Dealer meeting take place?
The 2024 Mack Executive Dealer Meeting will take place in Indian Wells, CA - February 28-March 1.
How much does it cost?
The registration fee for the event is free. You are responsible for your hotel accommodations, airfare and ground transportation.
Why do I have to provide my credit card information?
This is customary and required in order to hold your room at the Renaissance. However, your credit card will NOT be charged prior to the event. Everyone will need to provide a credit card. There are no credit card authorization form that will be used.
How do I make travel arrangements?
You are responsible for making all travel arrangements, including airfare and ground transportation, on your own.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM on February 28 and depart any time on Friday, March 1.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Flight departures are anytime on March 1, but hotel check-out is 10 am.

Registration limited to a dealer principal plus 1 business guest of your choice unless other exceptions have been made
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration, please return to the registration page here and follow the instructions. If you need to cancel your hotel room, please call the hotel directly. The cancellation deadline is three days prior to your arrival. A maximum penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card if cancellation occurs after this date. What is the dress code?
Attendees should wear business casual attire (i.e., khaki pants and knit collared shirt, suit jackets for reception) to Mack Executive Dealer events. Business attire is appropriate for the opening dinner on Wednesday, February 28.

Availability for this year’s Golf Tournament is on a first come,
first serve basis. The Location of the course will be at Indian Wells Golf Club (adjacent to the Renaissance Esmeralda).
All participants need to arrive at the Pro Shop to retrieve clubs no later than 12:30 pm and then proceed to assigned cart. Shotgun start at 1:00pm.
Cost to play is $220 per person
Club rentals are $80+ tax per set and include 2 sleeves of golf balls
Golf shoes are not required at this course. Tennis shoes are appropriate (NO spikes).
